"RESAVA AGRICULTURAL FAIR"

The fair has a tradition lasting 50 years, with the first livestock exhibition held in Svilajnac in 1895. Today, the fair includes a livestock exhibition, as well as displays of food products, agricultural machinery, plant protection products, beekeeping products, and handmade goods. The Resava Agricultural Fair is an essential gathering for livestock farmers, where every animal participating in the exhibition is symbolically rewarded. The highest awards are given to the winning animals, which are judged by a professional jury. Since 2008, the fair’s date has been included in the International Livestock Exhibition Calendar, published annually by the International Livestock Association, giving the exhibition new dimensions and international significance.
