The National Tourism Organization of Serbia Director Ms. Gordana Plamenac has been awarded the prestigious IMEX Academy award for extraordinary contribution to the development of the Congress Tourism Industry in the world.

This important prize was presented to Ms. Plamenac, who was representing Europe at the event, on Wednesday, 23 May 2012, at the gala dinner organised at the Frankfurt Opera House.

The received award would help Serbia's efforts to improve its tourism visibility and to reattain the image of reliable and competitive congress destination.
