INTERNATIONAL SPORT FILM FESTIVAL

The International Sports Film Festival is a competitive event featuring documentary and feature films from around the world, all centered around the theme of sports. Sport is one of the most important avenues for promoting our country internationally, and sports films play a significant role in affirming the value of cinematic art. This festival brings together filmmakers and prominent top-level athletes from both Serbia and abroad. Based on the decisions of the festival council and an expert international jury, the festival awards prizes to filmmakers for the highest-quality film projects. It also presents Lifetime Achievement Awards in the fields of sports and cinema. In addition to the film program, the festival features accompanying events such as presentations of city sports associations and local athletes, panel discussions involving filmmakers, artists, media representatives, and film theorists from both Serbia and other countries.
