IN THE RHYTHM OF JABLANICA`S HEART INTERNATIONAL FOLKLORE FESTIVAL

The international folklore festival „In the rhythm of Jablanica`s heart“ is held at the small sports stadium in Lebane. Amateur ensembles from Serbia and abroad are presented to the audience, where there are up to twenty ensembles. The bleh orchestras from Serbia also take part in the revue and at the opening on the first festival day, presenting authentic expression of local music. The winners of the festival in Guca are also frequent guests. In 2019, a competitive part was introduced, which improved the quality of the festival. Its significance is the preservation of traditional folk dances of Serbia.
